Senior Quality Assurance & Resolution Analyst

About the role:
The Senior Quality Assurance & Resolution Analyst is responsible for leading quality assurance initiatives while serving as a key point of contact for issue resolution involving manufacturers, internal teams, and customers. This role ensures product and service quality standards are consistently met, investigates quality concerns, and drives corrective actions that result in timely, effective customer solutions.
This position requires a strong QA background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with manufacturing partners and customer-facing teams to resolve complex product and quality issues.

Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Leadership
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and quality reviews to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor product performance trends and proactively address recurring quality concerns.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Issue Resolution & Manufacturer Coordination
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for quality-related issues involving manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Investigate product defects, warranty claims, or customer complaints to determine root cause.
  • Partner with manufacturers to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Track resolution progress and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
Customer Solutions & Support
  • Provide expert guidance and resolution strategies to customer service and sales teams.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding issue findings, next steps, and outcomes.
  • Recommend solutions such as product replacements, repairs, process improvements, or technical adjustments.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Document all quality incidents, resolutions, and corrective actions in internal systems.
  • Analyze quality metrics and generate reports for leadership review.
  • Identify trends and recommend process or product improvements to reduce future issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Support training initiatives on quality standards, compliance, and resolution procedures.
  • Participate in new product launches to ensure quality expectations are met from the start. 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Product Resolution roles.
  • Proven experience working directly with manufacturers or suppliers to resolve product issues.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and technical teams.

  • Experience with ISO standards, CAPA systems, or regulatory compliance environments.
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, or SPC.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple investigations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The position is located full-time on site in our Mount Olive, NJ Headquarters.
 
Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000 annually
